The active ingredient in most sunless tanning lotions is dihydroxyacetone, also known as DHA. This ingredient is derived from sugar, 100% natural, and reacts with the outer layer of the skin to produce a golden brown tan colour, just like an apple turns brown when it is exposed to the air. Infact, it is the DHA in apples that causes this reaction. The higher the DHA, the darker the tan. The spray tan works with your natural pigments, therefore you will no longer be subjected to the 'Tango' effect!

Sienna X Spray Tan is natural looking, applied in minutes with a gentle mist, does not streak or look orange, is not tested on animals and fades gradually without patches.  There are different shades to suit your skintone or to give as dark or light a tan as you want.  Your tan should last between 5-7 days depending on how well you look after it.

To make your tan last you must:

• Exfoliate thoroughly the day before tan is applied.
• Do not carry out any hair removal within 24 hours prior to your spray tan.
• On the day of your tan wear loose dark clothing, colour may rub off onto lighter garnments but should wash out although may stain nylon and lycra.
• Do not use moisturiser within 24 hours prior to treatment and do not wear any perfume or deoderants on the same day of treatment.
• Leave tan on for at least 8 hours before showering preferrably overnight.
• Moisturise daily afterwards to maintain your tan. 
• Does not contain SPF so do still wear your normal suncreen when in the sun.
